Nehemiah 2:18 - ...'Let us rise up and build.' So they strengthened their hands for the good work.
For too long many of us have approached our mission backward. As visionaries, church leaders, pastors, and CEOs, we’ve often devised our own plans for success and sustainability, then asked God to bless and prosper them. We’ve asked for blessings on our endeavors without first seeking God’s guidance on what those endeavors should be. In doing so, we’ve treated God almost like an employee and not like our Lord.

This year’s focus is a paradigm shift. We are called to work for the kingdom, ensuring that our output aligns with the vision, design, and will that God has imparted to us. We are to be the executors, the strategists, and the implementers of the kingdom’s design and will.
This season, "The Crossroad" encourages us to emulate Nehemiah, who, driven by a burden from the Lord, returned to assess and rebuild the kingdom’s walls, fortifying, strengthening and bringing revival the land and the people of God. It's time to RISE & BUILD!

"Believers are battling with their identity in ministry vs. in the marketplace because we lack a clear understanding of the Kingdom.
Ministry and the marketplace are territories, and our Kingdom assignment is not constrained to one or the other - it’s both and.
Our mandate is to be strategically positioned, to have influence, to walk in authority, and to create an impact. Period!"
