This year, perhaps more than any other, God is issuing a clarion call to believers, to those who claim the name of Christ, to actively participate in manifesting His kingdom on Earth, as it is in heaven. This call includes a commitment to rebuild the walls, a metaphor for strengthening our faith and communities. For too long we’ve approached our mission backward.
As visionaries, church leaders, pastors, and CEOs, we’ve often devised our own plans for success and sustainability, then asked God to bless and prosper them. We’ve asked for blessings on our endeavors without first seeking God’s guidance on what those endeavors should be. In doing so, we’ve treated God almost like an employee.

This year’s focus is a paradigm shift. We are called to work for the kingdom, ensuring that our output aligns with the vision, design, and will that God has imparted to us. We are to be the executors, the strategists, and the implementers of the kingdom’s design and will.
This season, "The Crossroad" encourages us to emulate Nehemiah, who, driven by a burden from the Lord, returned to assess and rebuild the kingdom’s walls, thereby fortifying and strengthening the Kingdom of God. RISE & BUILD!
SPEAKERS AND GUESTS
Thought-partner, entrepreneur and leader... Joy is known in several arenas as a go-to strategist, team developer, trainer and transformative speaker.
In July of 2020, Joy started HR For The Culture. During a global pandemic, while other businesses closed their doors, Joy scaled HRFTC to over half a million in annual revenue, while serving over 150 black-owned small businesses and leading a team of twelve employees and remote contractors.
On the heels of this accomplishment, Joy was led to re-launch When Faith Meets Strategy™ in 2022 with a mandate to help urban ministries move from vision to actualization. Her desire is to help leaders "see what they saw" while lightening the weight of managing the business side of ministry.
She provides Bible-based strategies that help entrepreneurs, pastors, and their teams build sustainable, financially stable businesses, ministries and faith-based initiatives.

A much sought-after lecturer and episcopal protocol consultant. For more than 20 years, Shawn has had the privilege of serving in the adjutancy. He serves as the Bishop of Protocol for Covenant Keepers International Alliance.
Bishop Mason is also blessed to serve the Joint College of African American Pentecostal Bishops as Adjutant General.
PROPHET ANDRE JONES
Andre is an international speaker and author. To date, he has authored two books, “Kingdom Living Blueprint” and “Kingdom Minded Entrepreneur”, which is due to be released late 2024. Andre, is passionate about empowering people around the world to understand their purpose and Kingdom assignment, encouraging them to become world changers and culture shifters.
God has blessed him to project this message at major conferences, national television programs and the United Nations, just to name a few. While sitting on multiple non-profit boards, Andre is also the President of Harvest Hands Philly, a Philadelphia, PA based non-profit organization, committed to seeing a better Philadelphia.
MIN. KOBIÉ T. BROWN JR.
WORSHIP LEADER
Worship Leader, Intercessor, Preacher, and
Ambassador for the kingdom of God! Described as a budding Apostolic, Prophetic gift with an idiosyncratic Anointing, he serves at Vital Church NYC in Queens, NY under the leadership of His Grace Bishop Martin K. Watson and Pastor Gail Watson.
Serving as one of the Associate Ministers, Kobié leads the music department and a plethora of other ministries to aid the vision of his leaders. Min. Kobié has a firm belief that Isaiah 61:1-2 is his life’s mandate.
He holds a BA In Music from Alliance University (Formerly Nyack College) and in Spring 2024 will begin pursing A MSW (Master of Social Work).
